Refund policy

At Eloré we always want our customers to feel secure purchasing hair from us. That's why we are offering a 30-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your order.

Our customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. When returning a product, please ensure you keep your receipt from the drop-off location.

You are responsible for the package and the products until we have received it. We do not accept returns of products that have been used or are missing their original packaging. Hair extensions cannot be returned if the threads or strips holding the hair are damaged, as they cannot be resold. If you do not pick up your package upon delivery, a fee of 25€ will be deducted for return shipping when we process the return order. Once your return has been processed, we will transfer the amount to your account within 3 business days.

Product Claim

Elores hair has been carefully selected and tested to ensure that you feel safe when buying from us. Product claims must be made within a reasonable time after the product has been put into use. Please note that the right to claim only applies to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by improper use. Normal wear and tear from heat styling, improper care, etc., as this will inevitably damage both your own hair and your extensions. The guarantee for extension insertion is only valid when this is carried out to one of our collaborative hair salons.

To do a product claim, please email our customer service with your order number, a description of the defect, and photos of the issue. The item is then analysed by our claims department who will contact you via email when the matter has been investigated. Return shipping costs for approved claims will be covered by us.

If your claim is approved, we will replace the product within 3 working days.
